What you will do:

- Be the face and voice of Direct Nissan - the first impression for every customer walking in or calling.

- Answer and direct calls like a pro (warm, professional, and efficient).

- Greet customers, offer a warm welcome, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

- Manage appointment bookings, handle light paper work, and support team organization.

- Occasionally pitch in and support other departments - we're a team, not a silo farm.

Who You Are:

- A natural people person with great phone etiquette.

- Organized, punctual, and reliable - your team counts on you.

- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (scheduling, email, etc.).

- Bonus points for receptionist or customer - service experience - but attitude and hustle matter most.
