Full Time Receptionist

A leader in the Real Estate industry, with 14 offices and nearly 2000 Realtors, iPro Realty is one of the GTA’s fastest-growing independent Real Estate Brokerages.

FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST / BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to the Broker Manager and as the face and first impression of our Mississauga Sq One office, our receptionist oversees most administrative activities for this branch, working collaboratively with our other GTA branch locations and head office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and manage telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet on-site prospective/current clients and Realtors with enthusiasm
  • Upload listings and make changes to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system
  • Accept and process deposit cheques
  • Assist Realtors with typing offers, waivers, amendments on Webforms
  • Assist with keeping the front desk software up-to-date and accurate with showing instructions and offer registrations
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of all office spaces
  • Work collaboratively with other offices; managing side-duties as required
  • General office administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidates must possess the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work well under pressure. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 year of real estate reception experience and an advanced degree of professionalism with solid written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • MINIMUM 1-year experience in the Real Estate Industry
  • Completion of High School (OSSD or equivalent)
  • Strong command of English; both oral and written
  • Positive, friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter with pride in work quality and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Software an asset including Showing Time, Web Forms, Easy Offer, MLS Broker loading
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
