We're looking for more than a receptionist. We want someone who loves creating exceptional client experiences, has a passion for wellness and men's grooming, and brings a creative eye to social media.
You'll be the welcoming face of BODÉ, helping our clients feel comfortable and cared for while supporting our growing business and bringing our brand to life online.
What You'll Be DoingReception & Client Experience

• Welcome clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage appointments, bookings, phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases through Square.
• Educate clients about our services, memberships, and loyalty program.
• Support retail sales and help achieve location goals.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk.
• Support our service providers and management team with daily operations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and help create a positive experience at every visit.

Social Media & Marketing

• Capture photos and short videos of our team, products, and spa environment.
• Create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form content.
• Showcase our grooming, massage, skin care, laser, and wellness services.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on promotions and campaigns.
• Help develop creative ideas to increase local awareness and engagement.
• Support community outreach, special events, and in-store promotions.
• Follow brand guidelines and obtain appropriate consent for client content.

Who We're Looking For• A warm, outgoing, and professional personality.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience in reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• An interest in men's grooming, skin care, and wellness.
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
• A creative mindset with an eye for great content.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and available Wednesday through Saturday.
• A proactive team player who enjoys taking initiative.

Experience with Square is an asset, but training will be provided.
