Hilliard Endo Center, a physician-managed ambulatory surgery center specializing in endoscopy procedures, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. We offer a great work environment with a focus on patient care, and you'll be working with mostly healthy patients.

Position Overview:

As an RN at Hilliard Endo Center, you'll play a critical role in the recovery process, assisting in the operating room during endoscopy procedures, and administering conscious sedation (training provided for those without experience).

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in endoscopy or surgical settings preferred.
• Excellent IV line insertion skills are a MUST.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Start time: 7:00 AM.
• Full surgery days on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
• Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month.

Qualifications:

• Current RN License.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Expertise in IV line insertion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Op: Conduct pre-procedure assessments, including inserting IV lines, urine pregnancy tests, and preparing patients for their procedures.
• Intra-Op: Administer conscious sedation for endoscopy patients or circulate with a CRNA.
• Post-Op: Provide discharge instructions, speak with families, and escort patients to their vehicles after their procedure.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 – 39 per week
