Job Title: Visiting Nurse (RN) - Full Time

Annual Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 (depending on amount of days worked)

$4,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Each nurse is assigned a compact “territory” with approximately 6 to 7 visits per day, so your time is valued and your work is focused.

Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assess and re-evaluate client conditions and care needs
• Deliver patient care according to individualized care plans
• Educate clients and their families on ongoing care and support
• Communicate regularly with RN Case Managers, Supervisors, and the Care Team

Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of Minnesota
• Skilled in delivering nursing care to a wide range of medical conditions
• Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
