This is a permanent, position with a full time contract, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new store from the very beginning.

Flexibility is essential, as the role will involve working a combination of weekdays and weekends. This is not a weekend-only position, and availability across both is required.

Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one environment is essential, as we pride ourselves on being the best at what we do.

Experience in the nursery industry is not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the knowledge, confidence and tools needed to deliver our exceptional standards.

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?

· Delivering exceptional, personalised service to every customer.

· Working towards and achieving monthly store sales targets.

· Going the extra mile to support families in finding the right products.

· Building strong, trusting relationships with customers.

· Confidently recommending and cross-selling complementary products.

· Providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth customer journey, from first interaction through to aftercare.

· Maintaining excellent shop-floor standards and creating a welcoming store environment.

Our stores operate from 9am–5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am–5pm on Sundays, so flexibility across these trading hours is required.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· A warm, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.

· A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and going above and beyond.

· Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred).

· Confidence using POS systems and stock management systems.

· Strong attention to detail, from accurate till work to high visual merchandising standards.

· A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively during busy periods.

· A reliable, flexible team player who can adapt to the needs of the store.

THE DETAILS

• Location: Brand-new Bella Baby, Oranmore.
• Contract: Permanent.
• Hours: 3 days per week.
• Availability: Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends is essential.
