We are looking for an experienced Full Time Sales Assistant for Maternity Leave cover.

Our Hale store Tralee

You will have overall responsibility for the running of the store with the support of our head office team.

This is an exciting role and your duties will include:

• Driving a sales team to achieve weekly KPI's
• Directly responsible for achieving budget target sales
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by all staff members
• Performance Management
• Training and development of your team
• Continually improve store standards by ensuring the store is merchandised well
• Stock and Cash Control

The Candidates

• Should be highly motivated
• Should have strong KPI management experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire your team
• Should be capable of working on their own initiative
• Should take pride in the store and ensure store standards are met consistently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
