Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and polished Sales Associate who embodies effortless style and delivers exceptional, relationship-driven service. The ideal candidate has a strong fashion sensibility, an eye for styling, and the ability to create meaningful connections with a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, elevated, and personalised shopping experience to every client
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through genuine engagement and follow-up
• Provide expert product knowledge across ready-to-wear, accessories, fine jewellery and giftware.
• Style clients thoughtfully, understanding fit, fabric, and brand DNA
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand and boutique guidelines
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory organisation
• Support daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS transactions
• Represent the boutique’s aesthetic, values, and tone both in-store and with clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail preferred
• Strong personal style and genuine interest in designer fashion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused mindset with a natural ability to build rapport
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.50-€17.09 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Fashion retail: 3 years (preferred)
