Are you passionate about cycling and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our bicycle retail team for the busy summer season.

This role is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about bikes, enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, and thrives on creating a positive customer experience.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right bicycles, accessories, apparel, and gear while contributing to a welcoming, professional, and organized store environment. You’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to cycling and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Help customers select bicycles, accessories, parts, and apparel based on their needs
• Share cycling knowledge and product recommendations with confidence
• Support daily store operations including merchandising, stocking, inventory organization, and maintaining store appearance
• Stay informed on current products, brands, and cycling trends
• Assist with seasonal sales initiatives and busy weekend traffic

Qualifications

• Existing cycling knowledge is required
• Regular cyclist and bicycle owner preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work full-time hours including some Saturdays
• Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset
