Full-Time Sales Associate – Cork (Douglas Depot)

At Fleetwood, we’re passionate about colour, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently looking for an driven and motivated Sales Associate to join our busy Cork (Douglas) Trade Depot.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing brand, where your contribution will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and sales success.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm
• Saturday morning shifts on a rotational basis (paid as overtime)

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver outstanding service and create a positive experience for every customer
• Build strong relationships and confidently assist with product selection
• Process orders accurately and coordinate deliveries
• Actively identify sales opportunities and promote Fleetwood products
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date
• Ensure the depot is well-presented, stocked, and organised
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Support stock control and goods-in processes
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Assist with deliveries when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
• A passion for customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Full, clean driving licence is essential
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent preferred
