Join FREEDS, Canada’s Largest Independent Clothing Store as a Full-Time Sales Associate for our Haberdashery / Sportswear Department + Class Act Uniforms Supervisor Role.

Our Class Act school uniform department, proudly outfitting students in the Windsor-Essex Catholic District Schools, has been run for many years by a dedicated supervisor who has built strong relationships with families and schools. As we plan for the future, we are seeking a highly personable and organized individual to join our Haberdashery / Sportswear team and step into a long-term Class Act Uniforms Supervisor role.

This person will be trained directly by our current supervisor to ensure proper onboarding, knowledge transfer, and continuity before taking over the role long-term.

We have an opening for a Full-Time position at our exclusive Windsor, Ontario location.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS include:

· Comfortable supervising and mentoring seasonal student staff
· Commitment to a long-term, year-round role
· Open scheduling availability during weekends, weekdays, and certain holidays
· Prior retail clothing experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Haberdashery / Sportswear
· Properly sizing and styling customers
· Communicating with customers in-store, over the phone, and through email
· Building a clientele
· Assisting with wedding parties and special orders
· Merchandising and inventory counts

Class Act Uniforms (Windsor-Essex Catholic District Schools)
· Training under the current supervisor prior to transitioning into the role
· Serving as the primary contact for the Class Act uniform program
· Year-round oversight, communication, and preparation for the uniform season
· Leading fittings and outfitting students from local Catholic schools
· Supporting parents, students, and school contacts
· Training, scheduling, and supervising seasonal student staff
· Managing inventory levels, special orders, and department organization
· Providing long-term continuity in service and leadership

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
