We are hiring a full-time Full-Time Sales Crew Member in the Seattle area to support AT&T’s business services campaign. As a Full-Time Sales Crew Member, you’ll represent one of the most recognized names in telecommunications, working directly with business customers to introduce advanced connectivity solutions, wireless services, and fiber internet options that help companies operate more efficiently and stay connected.
This Full-Time Sales Crew Member position is ideal for entry-level candidates seeking hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development. Rather than working behind a desk, you’ll engage directly with local businesses, build professional relationships, and help decision-makers identify solutions that fit their operational needs.
Full-Time Sales Crew Member Duties
- Meet directly with business customers to introduce AT&T’s fiber internet, wireless, and connectivity solutions
- Explain service offerings, pricing structures, and promotional opportunities in a clear and professional manner
- Guide prospective clients through the full sales process, from initial consultation to completed enrollment
- Build strong client relationships by identifying pain points and recommending tailored solutions
- Address customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain a consistent and polished representation of the AT&T brand in the local market
- Track daily outreach, client interactions, and sales performance to meet individual and team goals
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain momentum and drive consistent campaign results
Full-Time Sales Crew Member Perks & Benefits

- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Public speaking or presentation experience is a plus
