Your Role:

• Lead by example with a team-first mindset and strong people skills
• Manage bar inventory and ingredient organization with a focus on quality and safety
• Ensure all food and beverages are crafted to spec and presented with flair
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
• Guide and train new team members to uphold our service standards
• Oversee the purchasing and receiving of bar supplies
• Maintain grooming standards and hygiene practices among the team
• Ensure bar tools and equipment are SFA-compliant and well cared for
• Contribute to the planning and setup of new outlets
• Support daily operations: take orders, prepare drinks, serve food, manage payments, and maintain cleanliness
• Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
