Solar Sales Executive (Activ8 Solar Energies Team) - Job description
We are looking for motivated and high performing sales executives to add to our Activ8 Solar Energies Field Sales Team. Activ8 are Irelands solar experts since 2006. Synonymous with high quality, premium products and services meaning you will be representing the best in class solutions to pre appointed qualified leads. Big Green BER have been providing managed sales solutions to this client for over 10 years, and will train and develop your sales acumen and potential through our proven sales program.
- Visiting prospects at their residential houses to carry out site surveys, identify opportunities, and design a bespoke solar system that will meet their exact needs and requirements.
- During the commissioning of our system, you will manage all aspects of our clients' accounts.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process by providing them with information as it happens.
- Providing after-sales service and courtesy calls.
- Completing sales order paperwork.
- Reaching sales goals defined by the company.
- Assist customers with upselling and cross-selling among their existing accounts in order to increase sales.
- Engage with internal sales teams in order to ensure a successful client transition process, upsell additional products and services, and ensure that existing clients are engaged with the company.
- You must have a proven track record in a customer-facing sales environment.
- Field Sales Executive/ Account management experience is essential.
- Good numerical understanding to be able to report and assess pipeline and sales performance.
- Proven successful sales records.
- Ability to demonstrate, metrics & performance.
- Detail orientated, ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
- Dynamic and motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A full clean driving license.
