Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively greet and assist customers throughout the store.
Maintain an organized and clean stockroom. Assist customers by safely loading materials into their vehicles (e.g., soil, peat moss, toilets, vanities, etc.)
Cross-train into our Rental Department, assisting customers with rental contracts, building windows and screen repair, some small engine repair and maintenance on rental equipment.
Unload delivery trucks bi-weekly and assist the store receiver, when needed.
Support team members with projects involving heavy lifting or large items.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, compassion, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
Participate in mandatory training sessions, seminars, webinars, and meetings to expand job knowledge.
Complete all required Health and Safety Training in compliance with government and company regulations.
Work safely and follow all health and safety protocols and legislation.
Identify and report unsafe working conditions or potential hazards to management promptly.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
