Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces through regular landscaping tasks, including lawn care, shrub trimming, and property upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for landscaping and property care. In the winter you will be responsible for a small team to maintain the safety of guests visiting the property. This will include snow and ice removal, with the use of a salt truck and/or heavy-duty tractors. Along with hand shoveling and salting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and mulching.
• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds to ensure they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
• Provide general property maintenance, including debris removal, pressure washing, and snow removal in winter months.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
• Operating snow removal equipment such as plow/salt trucks, CAT 924, Kubota's, etc.
• Submitting completed work photos and using all apps required for the job.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or property maintenance is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Previous experience running heavy-duty tractors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• May be required to submit a driving abstract and/or background check.
• Must be willing to work in varying weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
