Full Time Supervisor/Trainee Supervisor - Skerries

The Successful candidate will play an important role within our Gerry's team

The right candidate must be able to work flexibly throughout the week. The position will be 30-40 hours per week with some weekend work.

Responsibilities and Duties

The right candidate must:

• Have the ability to work well under pressure
• Must be trustworthy

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Have previous experience in retail
• Have strong leadership skills
• Hold the ability to motivate others
• Have strong communication skills

Duties include:

• Liaising with the Store Manager and Department Managers to achieve best practice standards across the store
• Adhering to health and safety procedures and standards
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are provided
• Managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Opening and closing the store as required
• Communicating and managing staff as required
