Full-Time Videographer Cum Tiktok Content Creator

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and creative Videographer to join our team full-time. You'll be responsible for capturing and producing visually engaging content across platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok, for our diverse range of clients. This role is ideal for individuals eager to showcase their creativity and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various projects, including promotional campaigns, social media, and event coverage.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit and enhance videos with creative storytelling, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
• TikTok Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit TikTok videos aligned with trends, challenges, and storytelling techniques to boost client engagement.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on TikTok and social media trends, incorporating them into client content strategies.
• Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all content reflects each client’s unique brand voice and objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track video performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategies.
• Client Engagement: Support community interaction on TikTok by responding to comments and fostering engagement.

Qualifications:

• Videography Experience: A portfolio showcasing your video projects, including TikTok or short-form content.
• Editing Expertise: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Creative Vision: Strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail in crafting visually engaging content.
• Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with TikTok’s dynamics, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines independently.
• Preferred: Experience in an agency or freelance setting, with knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
