job is full time and will include midweek and weekends with immediate start
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
- To follow agreed standards for service of Food & Beverage
- To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
- To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant
- To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Operate tills and handle cash where required
Experience / Key Skills
- experience while desirable is not essential as full training will be given
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Must be a team player and willing to work with an existing experienced team
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
