Qualifications:

• 2 years previous experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant in Ireland is essential
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Availability to work full time hours to include weekends, and holidays as needed.

Duties:

• Taking Orders: Greeting guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, and relaying them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders to tables promptly and ensuring accuracy, while checking that everything meets customer expectations.
• Customer Interaction: Providing friendly, attentive service, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations as needed.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized, resetting tables between guests.
• Processing Payments: Bringing the bill, handling cash or card payments, and accurately processing transactions to complete the dining experience.
