Position Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at BlinkPay, you'll focus primarily on frontend development and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services while having opportunities to work across our entire stack. You'll be building modern, responsive web applications using Vue.js 3 and implementing BFF services with Python. While most of your time will be spent on frontend and BFF development, you'll also have the chance to work with our Java/Spring backend systems based on your experience and interest.

The ideal candidate is someone who's comfortable with rapid development cycles, has a strong foundation in modern web technologies, and can adapt to new technical challenges.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using Javascript/Typescript frameworks like Vue.js 3 and Nuxt
• Design and implement BFF services using Python
• Create clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions
• Integrate with backend services

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience in dynamic environments
• Strong expertise in Vue.js 3, Nuxt, and modern JavaScript
• Proficiency in TypeScript and SCSS for advanced styling
• Experience with Python, particularly in BFF service development
• Experience with REST API design and implementation
• Strong understanding of modern web development practices
• Proficient with Git version control and Bitbucket Pipelines
• Solid problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Java/Spring Framework backend development
• Knowledge of payment systems or fintech industry
• Understanding of security best practices
• Experience with additional programming languages
• Experience with API testing and documentation
