K4Connect is expanding its team and seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our FusionOS integration platform team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, embraces challenges, and is excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations within our FusionOS integration platform.
• Develop and implement API connections with third-party services and internal systems.
• Collaborate with program managers and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions.
• Pitch new ideas, take risks, iterate quickly, and help build a culture of innovation.

Technical Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, Git, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with integration platforms or middleware.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Background in accessibility, security best practices, or performance optimization.
• Previous startup or early-stage company experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
