Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage businesses in need of corporate solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and company executives.
• Stay informed about changes in business regulations and market trends.
• Engage with clients through digital platforms, including chat, email, and video calls.
• Use technology to assess client needs and suggest customized solutions.
• Educate clients on available tools and self-service resources.
• Manage digital applications and ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the online client experience.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with digital platforms and customer engagement tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and industry trends.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess and communicate complex solutions effectively.
• Knowledge of commercial financial products and regulatory requirements.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
