The role

Reporting to the Catering Manager, you’ll take ownership of functions and event delivery across campus, while supporting day-to-day food service operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone ready to step up or grow within a structured environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and deliver a wide range of on-site functions
• Lead and supervise a large hospitality team
• Coordinate rostering and daily operations
• Ensure high-quality service across multiple service points
• Train team members and maintain compliance standards

Skills and Experiences:
What we’re looking for

• Experience in hospitality supervision or functions/events
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to work across multiple service areas
• Flexible availability (some evenings + occasional weekends)
• RSA + Driver’s Licence required
• Chef background (nice to have, not essential)
