What we are we looking for:
- Undertaking necessary control checks and reviews of TPA reporting to ensure NAVs are calculated in an accurate & timely manner
- Monitoring & reporting on the NAV & NAV related services provided by TPA in adherence with the agreed Service Level Agreements
- Managing queries received by TPA or internal Invesco parties, resolve in a timely manner and escalate where necessary.
- Participation in monthly service reviews across multiple Fund ranges and service providers.
- Conducting off site periodic monitoring visits with full reporting on processes administered by TPA’s.
- Contributing to department planning & initiatives. Suggest & execute improvements to procedures & processes
- Assisting in implementing product development and business change projects between TPA and Invesco through to satisfactory completion
- Relevant experience of Financial Services, Fund Administration and/or NAV Oversight of Real Estate and Bank Loan Funds.
- Background in reviewing key Fund documentation including but not limited to prospectus, product specification papers and service level agreements.
- Beneficial to have been involved in service management, either with an asset manager, management company or working for a TPA.
- Good presentation skills and participation in due diligence visits an advantage.
- Background in review of NAV impacting but not limited to asset pricing, corporate actions and hedging.
- Good understanding of other functional groups within Asset Management, including Tranfer Agency and Custody.
- Strong understanding of the investment management industry and regulations.
- Excellent excel skills with good knowledge of VBA.
