Descrizione del lavoro


Principali Responsabilità

  • Supporto nella predisposizione dei budget e dei business plan dei Fondi in gestione, dei relativi aggiornamenti periodici, inclusa l’elaborazione di scenari di sensitività.
  • Supporto nella predisposizione e analisi degli scostamenti periodici tra budget, forecast e actual.
  • Supporto nella preparazione della documentazione e della reportistica gestionale da presentare a organi di governance, comitati consultivi e investitori.
  • Supporto nella gestione delle relazioni con le funzioni aziendali interne ed esterne coinvolte nei processi di Fund Management (i.e. Asset Management, Finance, Planning & Control, Valuation, Compliance & AML, Risk Management, Internal Audit).

Qualifiche


Competenze Richieste

  • Percorso accademico eccellente in discipline economico‑finanziarie.
  • Pregressa esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel settore real estate, negli ambiti fund management, investment o transaction, maturata in una società di gestione del risparmio o in una società di consulenza (i.e. big-four).
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel, finalizzata alla costruzione di business plan e di modelli di simulazione economica e patrimoniale.
  • Ottima padronanza di Power Point finalizzata alla creazione di presentazioni istituzionali.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Capacità e competenze relazionali.
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro di Team.
  • Capacità organizzative e di gestione del proprio lavoro.
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.
  • Senso di responsabilità e cultura improntata al rispetto delle scadenze.
  • Proattività, flessibilità e resilienza.
