Fundraising Executive – CSR | Corporate Partnerships | Donor Relations

Paranubhuti Foundation is seeking passionate, confident, and result-oriented Fundraising Executives to support our mission of transforming lives through sustainable humanitarian initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating with people, and creating opportunities to mobilize resources for meaningful social causes. You will play a key role in helping the Foundation secure financial support from individuals, corporate organizations, CSR partners, philanthropists, and institutions.

As a Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for planning and implementing fundraising campaigns, approaching corporate organizations for CSR collaborations, identifying prospective donors, developing long-term partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with existing supporters. You will communicate the Foundation's projects and impact through meetings, presentations, emails, phone calls, and networking events while preparing fundraising proposals, sponsorship requests, donor reports, and campaign materials. The role also includes representing the organization at corporate meetings, exhibitions, conferences, fundraising events, and other networking opportunities to generate new partnerships and funding opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proactive and target-oriented approach. You should be comfortable interacting with corporate professionals, business leaders, philanthropists, and donors while confidently presenting the Foundation's vision and impact. Experience in fundraising, CSR, business development, sales, marketing, client relationship management, or nonprofit development will be an advantage; however, motivated freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
