Team Manager Role

As a Team Manager at SunSpark, you'll lead from the front — fundraising alongside your team while coaching, mentoring, and helping new fundraisers build their skills in the field. You'll help bring new people onto the team, show them the ropes, and support your crew in hitting daily and weekly goals. You'll also work closely with senior leadership to build a strong team culture, keep morale high, and help develop the next generation of fundraising leaders.

What You Need

• Face-to-face fundraising experience (door-to-door, street, malls, or events)
• Great people skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable being on your feet and talking to strangers all day
• A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel around the GTA
