Job Overview
We are looking for an Experienced Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team. You should be reliable, physically fit, and a team player. Your duties will include loading and unloading various furniture items, assembling and placing items for customers as needed. You should feel comfortable with driving a large truck and know how to interact professionally with customers.

Job duties include:

· Licensed and able to drive a delivery box truck up to 26’ and use basic GPS navigation

· Follow prescribed safety procedures at all times

· Properly load and protect all furniture for delivery.

· Ability to lift heavy furniture and climb stairs

· Assemble, hook up and place furniture items as needed

· Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery schedule and a professional attitude.

· Call customer prior to delivery and maintain customer service standards during interaction at delivery

· Address and relay any customer concerns to Delivery Manager

· Ability to utilize delivery app for electronic proof of deliveries

· Follow protocols for maintaining the delivery truck.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Candidate must have a valid State issued Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

· Candidate must have a DOT Medical Card

· Candidate must be at least 23 years of age with a high school diploma or GED certificate.

· Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.

· Candidate must be a team player with high integrity who is service oriented and customer focused

· Prior furniture delivery/driver experience required.

Full time position with competitive pay. Standard work week is Day Shift, Tuesday through Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $240.00 per day
