Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various types of furniture in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of furniture assembly techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install furniture according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an ohmmeter for electrical components.
• Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in furniture assembly or installation is preferred.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of electrical components is a plus, particularly experience with an ohmmeter.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with furniture installation.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
