Handle the Process, from raw material sourcing to final product inspection, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, leading shop floor teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with quality standards for wood or modular furniture.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Create and manage daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage production workers on the shop floor.
• Quality Control: Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards through inspection at various stages.
• Inventory & Material Management: Oversee raw material inventory and ensure availability to prevent production delays.
• Process Improvement: Implement efficiency improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery is operated safely and the workshop adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to align with client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 4+ years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing (solid wood or modular).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in woodworking, CNC machines, panel saws, and machinery.
• Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Software: Experience with CAD software or ERP systems is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
