ROLE SUMMARY:
The Relationship Manager, FX, will be responsible for managing the relationships within our Buy/Sell Side Trading clients (tier 1/2) , encompassing existing business as well as new clients who come onto the platform. You will be responsible for proactively managing, developing and nurturing the relationships of Buy/Sell Side firms trading on the LSEG Group Transactions platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Managing relationships with the company’s buy/sell side clients in EMEA
  • Onboarding and training new buy-side clients
  • Analysing customer behaviour and improve pricing quality
  • Developing account strategies, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Establishing deep relationships in all areas of a client organization - trading, operations, compliance and technology
  • Identifying additional opportunities for increasing volume and revenue from existing customer base
  • Ensuring the firm maximizes trading volume from existing customers
  • Achieving defined targets of volume and adoption of new products
  • Developing customised solutions for client trading, workflow and STP requirements
  • Identifying new product or functionality enhancements to address client needs
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science
  • 1-3 years professional experience, preferably in the financial industry. Recently graduating candidates with solid financial markets background will be considered as well
  • The candidate must possess solid Financial Markets experience - educational and ideally practical Foreign Exchange knowledge is a strong plus
  • Fluent in German and English, additionally French language skills is a strong plus
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) combined with high IT-affinity and ideally experience with financial markets software products
  • Ability to work with no supervision and to cover for other team members and perform under pressure / meet deadlines
  • The candidate must be a highly professional, self-motivated and organized individual with high client and service orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential
