As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our Business Development team. This role is suitable for Junior Sales, Senior Sales, and Sales Leaders with a strong hunter mindset and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage, convert, and onboard new funded trading clients through outbound calls, messaging, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored trading solutions aligned with CWG Markets’ products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent CWG Markets at industry events, conferences, and networking activities when required.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in FX/CFD or financial services, with a strong drive to acquire and convert clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products.
  • Experience with MT4/MT5 platforms is preferred.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented with a hunter mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is a plus (for senior-level candidates).
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in other Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay, etc.) is highly desirable.
