Join our growing world-class MEMS team in Valencia, with the industry’s best design & layout engineering talent and take your career to the next level during your internship!
Candidate will be working on state-of-the-art Microelectromechanical-system (MEMs) products such as accelerometers or gyroscopes, particularly the read-out channel ASIC.
Candidate will work with a diverse international team of design engineers that are involved in creating sensing systems with cutting-edge precision while consuming industry-leading levels of power.
Job Responsibilities
  • Learn IC design layout methods by interacting and participating in a cross-functional team including IC Layout, IC Design, Marketing, and Application Engineers.
  • Explore detailed analog IC design layout methods & techniques, to support next-generation low-power accelerometer and gyro products in an advanced CMOS process technology.
  • Bring block level design(s) into layout and learn about the real layout effects on circuit performance.
  • Effectively visualize to communicate findings.
  • Document work and present findings for peer review.
  • The specific responsibilities will be tailored to the candidates’ interests.
Requirements
  • Pursuing Electrical Engineering, BS or MS Degree, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor processing is a plus.
  • Experience in use of Cadence Virtuoso including use of VXL is a plus.
  • Experience in interpretation and debug of verification (LVS/DRC) is a plus.
  • Must have a keen eye for details.
  • Motivated, results oriented and creative problem solver with strong organizational skills, as well as good technical writing, presentation, and overall communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, thorough, and driven to continuously improve.
  • Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly.
