- Carry out Customs Examination and other Export Clearance procedures at CFS for Export Import Shipments.

- Manage Product Sampling and inspection, pre-shipment Inspection, ADC Release Orders.

- Arrange for CLP, SI, Form - 13, Let Export Order (LEO) and Out of Charge (OOC).

- Cargo receival, storage, handling, loading & dispatch.

- Ensure Container Gate - In for Export Cargo and Delivery For Import Cargo.

- Ensure smooth clearance process coordination with various stakeholders (Staff members, Clients, Vendors, other business associates).

- Reporting and updating the management about shipment status & reports, progress and growth.

- Working in a team and a fast paced environment.

- Managing Export - Import License related formalities and compliances, maintaining proper records.

- Updating management and team about shipments - their progress and updated shipment reports.

Qualifications Required:

- Valid G-Card Holder.

- Must be very well versed with Customs Act, 1962; Customs Tariff Act, 1975; Foreign Trade Policy; ITC HS

- Must be experienced in Customs Assessment, HS Classifi cation, Declaration, Valuation.

- The candidate should be an expert at Export - Import Clearance Operations and Procedures (at the CFS)

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in CHA (Export - Import Customs Clearance) Export operations.

- Language required: English (Basic to Mid); Hindi (Fluent); Marathi (Fluent); Gujarati (Fluent)

- Must have good experience working with Customs Documentation Filing Software.

- Must have good experience of using Microsoft Offi ce, Outlook Email, and other basic business software.

- Must be well versed with Customs Formalities and Procedures, Rules, Regulations, Circulars, Notifi cations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
