Job Description


Reporting to the Producer of The Crew Motorfest, you will join the Data team, working closely with the game production teams and cross-functional departments (finance, marketing, development). Your mission: turn data into actionable insights to support overall brand performance and project tracking throughout the various design phases.

Main responsibilities:

  • Bring data to life: create and maintain clear, useful dashboards and produce BI reports that facilitate decision-making
  • Be a partner to the teams: support development, finance, marketing, and producing teams by turning their needs into concrete solutions
  • Share and persuade: present your analyses (emails, PowerPoint presentations, Power BI, newsletters) and make recommendations while guiding teams with clarity
  • Improve performance: optimize queries and pipelines for fast, robust analyses, and automate processes to increase efficiency and reliability
  • Work as a team: collaborate with a cross-functional team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists
  • Imagine tomorrow’s tracking: design tracking plans with production teams, including Designers, User Researchers, and Gameplay Programmers
  • Put data at the heart of decision-making: help evangelize data-driven processes with a user-centric approach, ensuring relevant analyses in collaboration with subject matter experts for maximum impact

Qualifications
  • Expertise in SQL
  • Knowledge of databases, ETL, and visualization tools (ideally PowerBI, Databricks)
  • Experience handling large data volumes and solid statistical knowledge
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, collaborative mindset, and autonomy
  • Fluent in English
  • Initial experience with Python and/or PySpark, strong Data Engineering skills (a plus)
  • Familiarity with the video game environment (a plus)
