We are looking for a Game Designer with a strong creative vision and hands-on experience in multiplayer or social 3D game design.
In this role, youll design gameplay systems, mechanics, levels, and social loops that are engaging, intuitive, and highly shareable.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who understands real-time multiplayer gameplay, community-driven design, and social interaction in 3D worlds, and who can bring creative, culturally relevant ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine core gameplay loops, progression systems, and mechanics for real-time 3D multiplayer games.
  • Develop and balance levels, challenges, and social features that drive collaboration, competition, and replayability.
  • Work closely with artists, animators, and engineers to rapidly prototype and implement ideas.
  • Create systems that encourage player expression, community participation, and long-term engagement.
  • Balance gameplay for fun, accessibility, and scalability across varied player types.
  • Stay updated on community trends, player behavior, and new design innovations in multiplayer ecosystems.
  • Support live ops through seasonal content, in-game events, and challenges that keep players engaged.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience as a Game Designer (in multiplayer, social, or 3D experiences).
  • Hands-on experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar 3D tools.

  • Strong grasp of core loops, progression, and retention systems.

  • Familiarity with multiplayer and cooperative gameplay design.

  • Ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • A portfolio showcasing playable 3D or multiplayer projects.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of live service systems and monetization strategies.
  • Interest in social, sports-based, or competitive multiplayer experiences.

  • Passion for building fun, culturally grounded, and community-first games.

What's in It for You

  • Chance to design high-quality 3D gaming experiences for global audiences.

  • Creative ownership in a fast-growing and ambitious studio.

  • A collaborative, experimental, and high-energy work environment.

  • Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
