Job Title: Garage Floor Coating Technician (Epoxy and Polyaspartic)
Location: Kelowna, BC (daily local travel, home every night)

Job Type: Full-time (Contract considered)

Pay: $22 to $35 per hour (based on experience and role fit) + raises tied to performance

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays in peak season)

Who we areWe install garage floor coating systems (epoxy and polyaspartic) and concrete sealing for homeowners across Kelowna and the Okanagan. We run clean jobsites, follow a repeatable process, and hold a high bar for finish quality. We are hiring 2 people and will place you as a Lead or Helper based on experience.

What you will do

• Jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup (clean, tidy, professional)
• Surface prep: grinding, vacuuming, crack repair, moisture checks (as trained/required)
• Mix and apply 2-part coating systems (primer, broadcast, scrape, topcoat)
• Use install tools: rollers, squeegees, mixing drills, grinders, vac systems
• Work efficiently on a 2 to 3 person crew
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
• Follow safety standards and our install checklists

What we are looking for

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit (lifting 50+ lbs, on your feet all day)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with hand tools and power tools
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Experience in epoxy, painting, flooring, concrete, or construction is an asset
• Leadership experience is an asset (we are also hiring a crew lead)
