This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager for the GEM portal at APS Tech Systems. The position is based in Hyderabad and involves overseeing the operations of the GEM portal and ensuring efficient service delivery. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for timely project execution, monitoring service requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and optimizing service processes.
Pay: ₹9,679.68 - ₹25,000.00 per month
