Would you like to be part of Generative AI development and play a role in turning it into measurable business outcomes?

Danske Bank’s GenAI Innovation Lab is looking for you as a Business Analyst to join an environment where innovation meets real-world application. As part of the GenAI Innovation & Foundation area, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping translate emerging AI capabilities into practical opportunities for the bank.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to;
1) Exploring emerging technologies and future opportunities
2) Supporting the organization GenAI knowledge sharing and engagement activities
3) Driving GenAI PoVs (Proof of Value) across the organisation.

Our team focuses on exploring, testing, and scaling Generative AI capabilities across the organisation, ensuring that innovation is both forward-looking and grounded in business value. We work across the innovation cycle, from identifying emerging trends and opportunities to supporting experimentation and early-stage use cases. The Role

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Exploring emerging AI trends and signals: Identify and assess developments across industry, startups, and academia, and translate relevant insights into potential opportunities aligned with the bank’s strategic priorities.
Evaluating emerging AI tools and technologies to assess their potential value and applicability for the lab.
Supporting innovation and knowledge sharing: Help prepare and support knowledge sessions, demos, and other internal engagement activities to grow the GenAI innovation community across the organisation.
Translating opportunities into use cases: Support the structuring of ideas into clear use cases, business needs, and requirements that can be further explored within the lab.
Supporting Proof of Value (POV) initiatives: Work with developers and stakeholders to help shape, clarify, and document requirements for early-stage GenAI solutions.
Experimenting hands-on with new AI solutions to help the lab stay at the forefront of emerging developments.

The Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for a curious and structured Business Analyst with a strong interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A degree in technology, business, data science, engineering, or a related field
Experience working at the intersection of business and technology
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business insights
Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

Experience supporting early-stage innovation, experimentation, or proof-of-concept / proof-of-value work.
Familiarity with technical concepts, prototyping, or coding.
Experience in financial services.
