About the role

We have an opportunity for a General Administrative Support Officer to be part of our Western Region, Central North Police District. The General Administrative Support Officer provides the delivery of efficient and effective general administration, clerical support, and receptionist services with a focus on quality services to commands/business units.

Successful applicant will receive fortnightly remote area allowance.

Target Question 1:

Please provide a detailed example of your demonstrated commitment to customer service by achieving a positive result from an interaction with a confrontational or difficult customer.

Target Question 2:

From your previous experience in administration systems and processes, records management and use of software applications, provide examples of how you have delivered accurate and timely outcomes.
