Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team, working Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial and residential facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor care machines to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Conduct routine custodial tasks to uphold hygiene standards in both commercial and residential settings
• Maintain supplies and notify management when inventory levels are low or repairs are needed
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a secure work environment
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting as needed
• Document completed tasks and report any issues or hazards encountered during shifts

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping is a plus
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform manual cleaning duties throughout the shift
