About the Role

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Factory Operative to join our production team in Ardee. This role involves working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, supporting the preparation, handling, and packaging of food products to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with food preparation and packaging processes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards
• Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

Essential:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures

Desirable:

• Previous factory or food production experience
• Manual handling training (can be provided)
