General Factory Operative (Full-Time and part time) – Ardee

About the Role
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Factory Operative to join our production team in Ardee. This role involves working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, supporting the preparation, handling, and packaging of food products to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and packaging processes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards
- Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
Essential:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
Desirable:
- Previous factory or food production experience
- Manual handling training (can be provided)
