Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
• Conduct residential painting projects with attention to detail
• Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance tasks ensuring safety standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven handyman experience with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpenty.
• Ability to perform residential painting and basic carpentry work
• Familiarity with using tools
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer interaction
• Prior experience in maintenance within property management is advantageous
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently on various projects
