Location: Kings Mountain, NC

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM OR 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Sunday - Thursday 9:30PM - 6:00AM OR 11:00PM - 7:30AM

Hourly Pay: $16.00 - $17.00

Job Description
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for assembling metal parts and operating machinery to support production needs. This role requires the ability to cross-train in multiple stations, work at a steady and efficient pace, and achieve daily production targets. Reliability is essential, as consistent attendance is required, especially during the initial training period.

Responsibilities

Assemble metal parts according to production requirements
Operate a rivet machine safely and efficiently
Cross-train and perform in multiple workstations as needed
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
Consistently meet or exceed daily production goals
Maintain excellent attendance, with no scheduled days off during the first two weeks of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
