General Laborer – RestoPros of Fairfield County (Full-Time)

Location: Fairfield County, CT
Compensation: $20–$23/hour (based on experience) + overtime + growth potential
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional after hours and weekends for emergencies)

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn the restoration trade. No prior restoration experience is required — we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and cleanup
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Load/unload materials and tools for job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
• Dependable and punctual — strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in construction, cleaning, or restoration a plus but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
