TBS is a leader in Fabrication, Powder Coating and Media Blasting; serving a diverse range of customers including industrial, heavy machinery, commercial, municipal, as well as the public.

The Packaging Team is responsible for carefully handling, inspecting, and packaging finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Powder Coating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring quality meets customer specifications.
• Wrap, box, or palletize parts using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Label and organize finished goods for easy identification and shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading products, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic math and organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in packaging, shipping, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred, but training is available.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures within the workshop.
• Requires standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection.
• May involve shift work, including evenings and weekends, depending on production needs.
• TBS is a mandatory overtime company
• Frequent standing, lifting, and bending required.
