We are currently looking for General Labours to join our team! In this role you would support production by supplying materials as needed, to the Production team.
We are located at 8271 Keele Street, Concord, Ontario (Nearest intersection is Keele/Langstaff)
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: 6:45am-2:45pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DETAILS)
These duties may apply to all functional areas:
- All duties must be performed respectful of your safety, safety of co-workers and all equipment and materials.
- Carry out inspection of all designated parts continually as instructed.
- Complete paperwork on all tasks performed for the day.
- Sorting , counting and or packaging parts.
- Grinding, deburring and/or cleaning parts and reworking as required.
- All tasks must be performed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Workstations and Company owned tools and equipment must be maintained in good repair and in a neat and orderly way. Work areas must be kept clean at all times.
- Ensure all parts are identified correctly and information on labels is correct and legible.
- Periodic use of manual material handling pallet truck is required to move material containers 2,000 pounds maximum into and away from the process.
- Process adjustments are to be made ONLY when required to improve quality and safety.
- May be required to visit customer facilities to perform usual duties, where extended hours may be necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
