• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople by handing them tools and materials as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for everyone
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and minor repairs
• Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to maintain a tidy work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects safely
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines
• Flexibility to perform various tasks as assigned throughout the workday
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
