We are currently looking for 1 full time staff and 1 seasonal staff member.

Experience is not required as we will provide training.

Must currently live in Canada to apply.

Shack Shine is a professional home services company specializing in window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and Christmas light installations.

We are looking for energetic and friendly individuals who enjoy working outside. A great attitude and strong work ethic is a must! This position is for organized and customer focused individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Those who enjoy working with their hands and not being micromanaged will love it!

This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a growing company with potential of eventually becoming a Lead Technician and running your own crew.

Monthly tips vary between $200-$500.

JOB LOCATION: Kelowna / West Kelowna

TYPE: Full Time

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Completing window washing, pressure washing and gutter cleaning of high end residential homes with the latest equipment
• Installation and take down of custom commercial grade Christmas lights during our busy fall/winter season
• Organizing and managing van equipment
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly personality
• Experience in labor jobs, sports and/or a strong work ethic
• Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must
• Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools
• Valid Driver's license.
